The current Alumni Association Nominating Committee, consisting of Rachel Gagliardi, Billy Barber and Jaime McLeod, met on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss nominations for Directors, President Elect and Secretary.

The Nominating Committee was unanimous in making the following nominations:

Ed Spitler, Mary Margaret McNeill and Linda Wallace were nominated to remain

as active Board Members for two more years.

Cathy Hinton was nominated as President Elect for the upcoming year.

Sheryl Comer was nominated as Secretary for the upcoming year.

Per Article VI, Section 1, of the Alumni Association Bylaws:  The Alumni Association Nominating Committee for 2009-10 has nominated officers and submitted its list to the board.  The list of nominees has been approved by the current directors and will be presented at the annual meeting held at 5:30 pm on October 17, 2009 at the Third Annual Alumni Association Homecoming at Sandhills Community College.
